You can add some small red Thai chilli to the dish for an extra kick.
This next dish hails from the great nation of Indonesia. It’s a rare curry that we don’t often see in Western countries, but it’s slowly gaining traction thanks to the sauce being sold in large wholesale retail stores. Classic bird’s eye chilli, garlic cloves, kepac manis (which is a kind of aromatic soy sauce), coconut milk and a little dark soy sauce. You can add lime to freshen up the sauce if you want. Gently fry your chicken until golden brown and add to the sauce. The peanut puree is going to thicken up the sauce really quickly so use a medium heat to cook the chicken in the curry sauce for about 15-20 minutes.

India and the surrounding counties have a rich culinary culture.
