1. Blueberry Mint Smoothie
Fast and Delicious.
- 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1/2 cup Frozen Banana
- 1 cup Milk
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 2-4 Ice Cubes
- Honey to taste
Place all the ingredients (except raspberries and banana) into a blender and blend them for 1 minute.
When it reaches desired consistency, garnish with raspberries and bananas. Drizzle with honey.
Serve it chilled.
2. Watermelon Mint Smoothie
Watermelon and Mint, Cool and Refreshing.
- 2 Persian Cucumber
- 6 Mint Sprigs
- 1 cup Water
- 1 1/2 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1 teaspoon Hemp or Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Ice Cubes
Collect all the ingredients and place them in a blender.
Add water and ice cubes, blend.
