Key Lime Fruit Dip with Fruit Kabobs

A delicious, light and key lime infused fruit dip served with fruit kabobs.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons, key lime yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons key lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated key lime rind
  • strawberries, washed and hulled
  • kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • pineapple chunks, canned and drained
  • 2 tablespoons key lime juice

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl with an electric mixer on high, beat cream cheese, yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and vanilla extract until creamy. Stir in lime rind.
  • Cover and refrigerate one hour. Dip will keep for 2 days refrigerated.
  • Thread whole strawberries, pineapple chunks and sliced kiwi on skewers.
  • Drizzle with key lime juice.
