I have always loved almonds. I started eating almonds on a daily basis about five years ago when I needed to lower my cholesterol and regulate my blood sugar levels My grand-children, two and four years old will only drink almond milk. They have been drinking almond milk since they were around a year old. I started using almond butter and almond milk over a year ago. I now use them both in many of my baking recipes and
I’m starting to incorporate almond flour into more of my baking recipes also.
