Lime and Honey Fruit Dip~
Fruit is always appreciated when served at any occasion~
Lime and Honey Fruit Dip
1 (8 oz) package
cream cheese, room temperature
minced crystallized ginger
- In a small bowl with an electric mixer on medium-high, beat cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, honey, milk, lime juice, vanilla extract and nutmeg until creamy.
- Stir in the lime zest and crystallized ginger.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve dip with an assortment of fresh fruits such as: kiwi, sliced apples and banana’s.
Dip will keep for 2 days, refrigerated
