Peppermint Chocolate Eggnog
Can you believe the holidays are almost here? With the holiday season kicking into full gear I’m sure everyone has been busy shopping for presents,
planning out holiday menus, and decorating for the season. While this time of year always seems to be crazy busy, make sure to take some time to relax too! Made with convenient products such as egg beaters, hot chocolate mix, half and half, peppermint ice cream, whipped topping and crushed peppermint candies. Delicious never tasted so good.
- 1/2 cup
egg beaters original
- 1 (1.25 oz) envelope
dark chocolate hot cocoa mix
- 1 cup
half and half (fat-free)
- 1/2 cup
peppermint ice cream (light), slightly melted
- reddi whip
original dairy whipped topping, optional
- peppermint candies,
- Whisk together egg beaters and cocoa mix with whisk in medium bowl until blended.
- Add half-and-half gradually, stirring constantly. Gently stir in ice cream until blended well.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate several hours. Top with Reddi-whip and crushed peppermint candies, if desired.
