Pumpkin Dip tastes like a cold slice of pumpkin pie but much, much better. Made with cream cheese, powdered sugar, traditional pumpkin pie seasonings like ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and allspice. Canned pumpkin is used for convenience and a splash of lemon juice is added for zing. This is the perfect dip to serve on Turkey Day. This dip can be made ahead of time, leaving you more time to attend to the star of the day, the Turkey!!
Dip, Football and Turkey
Dip, Football and Turkey…in that order. In our house there are few things that ever change on Thanksgiving Day. We get up early, have a breakfast of coffee and kringle, the Macy’s Day parade gets turned on. The stuffed turkey goes into the oven by 11 o’clock and before noon, an array of chips and dips come out of the refrigerator, coffee gets replaced with soda or beer and Football begins.
The perfect fall dip.
