Chili-Lime Chex Mix
If your looking for a spicy version
of Chex Party Mix, this recipe is for you.
It has a nice blend of spice and heat,
with splash of lime.
This is a great snack to serve during a baseball game,
football game or anytime.
corn chex cereal
hot & spicy bite-size cheese crackers

- In a large roaster pan, mix cereal, crackers, pretzels, and corn chips. Set aside.
- In a small microwavable bowl, microwave butter, uncovered on high about 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in lime juice, lime zest and seasonings. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Bake at 250º for 1 hour, stirring mixture every 15 minutes.
- Spread out on wax paper, parchment paper or foil.
- Cool completely and then store in resealable baggies.
