On the Menu Today~
One of my favorite things to eat during the hot summer months is Pasta Salad~
There are so many different ways to make pasta salad and
you can use any ingredients you have on hand.
I made this pasta salad last Saturday,
and it really hit the spot!
My new obsession is:
Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Anything Dressing.
This salad dressing makes anything and everything taste good.
12 ounce box
bow tie pasta, cooked according to package directions,
- drain and rinse pasta in cold water
green onions, sliced
small tomatoes, seeded and chopped
sliced hard salami, chopped
crumbled blue cheese
fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 to 1 cup
balsamic vinaigrette, (Kraft Anything Dressing)
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Chill at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend together.
- Add more dressing if needed.
