1 can (14 oz)
sweetened condensed milk
milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
- In a large bowl, combine the confectioners’ sugar, milk, butter and peppermint extract. Beat well. Shape into 1/2 inch balls, flatten into patties. Freeze for 30 minutes. Working in batches, melt half of the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl until melted, stir. Dip patties into chocolate, place on waxed paper lined baking sheets until set. Repeat until all patties are coated and set.
- Store in air tight container.
