Shrimp Noodle Supreme

This is a can can recipe,
meaning this recipe is made with
at least one can of condensed soup.
One can of condensed cream of shrimp soup is used in this recipe.

Shrimp Noodle Supreme,
is a creamy and delicious combination of;
spinach fettuccine, cream cheese, shrimp, sour cream,
half & half and one can of cream of shrimp soup,
just to name a few ingredients....sounds good, doesn't it.

Serve Shrimp Noodle Supreme
with a crisp white wine and a small side salad.
A small serving of sherbet is all that is needed for dessert.

Shrimp Noodle Supreme

  • 1 package (8 oz) spinach flavored fettuccine, hot cooked and drained
  • 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, cubed and softened
  • 1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons diced green chilies, (from a 4 oz can)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Cooking Directions
  1. Combine cooked noodles and cream cheese in medium bowl.
  2. Spread noodle mixture in bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
  3. Cook shrimp in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until pink and tender, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Spread shrimp over noodles.
  4. Combine soup, sour cream, half-and-half, mayonnaise, diced green chilies, chives, chopped parsley and mustard in another medium bowl.
  5. Spread over shrimp. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Cover top with foil.
  6. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, bake 30 minutes more or until hot, bubbly and cheese is melted.
