Roasted Red Pepper and Onion Relish Dip
{Super Saturday Snack}

This recipe is so easy,
it's almost embarrassing.


With only three ingredients...
counting the Frito corn chips for serving....
this delicious dip will become your favorite "go to" dip recipe.




This recipe makes the perfect dip,
for serving during the upcoming busy holidays.


Roasted Red Pepper and Onion Relish Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 (11.4 oz) jar roasted red pepper and onion dip and spread (Robert Rothschild)
Cooking Directions
  1. With a fork or spoon, mix together cream cheese and roasted red pepper and onion dip and spread.
  2. Mix until just combined. Spoon mixture into a serving bowl, cover.
  3. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours before serving.
  4. Serve with Frito Scoops.
