Biscuit Cutter

To make mini biscuits, use a mini biscuit cutter or your favorite mini cookie cutters to cut out decorative shapes. I like to cut out different shapes for the cheese, and then another shape for the ham. Cut biscuits in half and stack decorative slices of ham and cheese on the bottom biscuit and place the other half back on top to form a mini biscuit. You can use decorative toothpicks to hold the mini biscuits together, if you like.
