Lime and Honey Fruit Dip

Lime and Honey Fruit Dip~

Fruit is always appreciated when served at any occasion~


Lime and Honey Fruit Dip

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon minced crystallized ginger
Cooking Directions
  1. In a small bowl with an electric mixer on medium-high, beat cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, honey, milk, lime juice, vanilla extract and nutmeg until creamy.
  2. Stir in the lime zest and crystallized ginger.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Serve dip with an assortment of fresh fruits such as: kiwi, sliced apples and banana's.

Dip will keep for 2 days, refrigerated
