Chicken Salad

Chicken Salad on Croissant

This is my favorite Chicken Salad Recipe.
I usually serve chicken salad on croissants.

Chicken Salad

  • 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2/3 cup dried cherries, chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup grapes, cut in half
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil mayonnaise or mayonnaise, to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 croissants
Cooking Directions
  1. In a large bowl, add all ingredients in order given.
  2. Stir together

Serve on a Sliced Croissant.
