Cantaloupe with Lemon Yogurt

On the Menu Today~
Cantaloupe with Lemon Yogurt and

Try fruit for lunch!

Cantaloupe with Lemon Yogurt and Blueberries

  • 1 large ripe cantaloupe
  • 1 container lemon yogurt (Greek)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
Cooking Directions
  1. Cut cantaloupe in half, scoop out seeds, discard.
  2. Spoon Greek yogurt into middle of cantaloupe.
  3. Top with berries and drizzle with honey.
