Berry Smoothie

Smoothies are versatile, delicious and filling~

Berry Smoothie

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 2 (6 oz) containers 99 % fat free mixed berry yogurt
  • honey to taste
Cooking Directions
  1. In a blender, place berries, juice and yogurt. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey.
