Pecan Date Cheese Ball- Game Day Recipe

On the Menu Today~
Pecan Date Cheese Ball

So easy, yet so delicious~
You can serve this creamy cheese ball with vanilla wafers,
buttery crackers or gingersnap cookies.

Pecan Date Cheese Ball

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup dates, chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups pecans, toasted and chopped
  • gingersnap cookies
Cooking Directions
  1. Cream together softened cream cheese and syrup until creamy. Add dates and 1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans. Form into a ball and roll in remaining pecans.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour

Serve dip with gingersnap cookies, buttery crackers or vanilla wafers
*This dip is best served the same day made*
