Beer Cheese Dip with Pimientos

Beer Cheese Dip with Pimientos

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup beer
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 (4 oz) jars chopped pimientos, drained
  • 1 (16 oz) package shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16 oz) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Cooking Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in mayo, beer, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and drained pimientos until combined. Stir in shredded cheese, mix well.
  2. Spray a 3 to 4 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Add cheese mixture, cover and cook on low until cheese is melted, about 2 hours.
Appetizer, CheeseDip

Serve with an assortment of pita chips, crackers and veggies
